I really thought my dinner was going to spike everything even though I ate small portions but it didn't. I really wanted more than what I ate to. Because I consumed suger today I was cursed with a broken out chin at the end of the day.

I can't believe how low my calorie count is. That is not good. I always believed you should never go under 1,200 and I used to always eat around 1,400. Skipped my morning walk to exhausted from all the activity yesterday on the
lake.
6:30am 3 min. Cold Shower
7:40am Black Coffee & Instant Cream of Wheat (could not wait any longer to
eat.)
12:00pm Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich on Whole Wheat and Baby Carrots
5:30pm BBQ and play with 3 year old.
7:30pm Veggie Pizza made with Whole wheat Pita and red bell pepper,zucchini, red onion, cream cheese and pesto and Shredded Italian FiveCheese

1:00pm-5:30 - Water sports on the lake
7:00pm - Went out for Sushi
How I feel: Extremely tired today.
Notes:
My diet has not been good this weekend. I haven't had much of an appetite and have not eaten any vegetables which is totally strange for me. Will do better tomorrow since the weekend will be over. Back on track starting Monday.

7:15am Took cold shower
8:30am Coffee
9:30am 8 oz. Yogurt
12:00am Ham Sandwich on Wheat bread with Mustard and American Cheese and a Diet Ginger Ale.
6:30 pm Dinner - 8 oz. tri-tip. (my family ate Tri-tip sandwhiches so I just ate the tri-tip by itself.)
notes: Suffering from cramps today so I didn't get all my exercise in today. Will try again tomorrow.
